There is even a 30 day free trial that you can download that will give you a feel for ho the software works. Personally I love the versaltility of the program....you can listen with headphones but there are also options to listen without headphones.
You can also add a number of pre-written scripts to the brainwave entrainment sessions ...all you do is click the category you want,for example weight-loss or building your self-esteem or stop smoking. Alternately you could add your own scripts for a completely unique and tailor-made brainwave entrainment session.
