This application runs on your computer and is designed as a meditation aid. You can run a brainwave entrainment session anywhere from 1 minute -1 hour. You can also adjust the volume of each session. There are 3 basic sounds to choose from. Its very easy to use, but somewhat limited compared to other programs on the market.
But if you want to try out brainwave entrainment to see if it's for you then this application is perfect. And if you meditate regularly, then it's a must.
Be warned though you need Windows XP or Mac OSX to run this application properly.
